Job: P4.10 - MIDI-in/CC learn and parameter panel

Task: Fill-In parameters can be recalled, edited, and mapped from Ardour. Note existing issue #19 (P4.4 MIDI mapping UI editor) is related.

Acceptance: Parameters recalled/edited/mapped from host.
